Crime: Betrayal of the Spartan Order
Background: Tl;dr Miller is from post-apocalyptic 2035 Moscow. The whole world was sent into a nuclear winter in 2013. In Moscow, survivors were forced to flee into the metro system under the city. Miller leads the Spartan Rangers who are a neutral group in the Metro that try to protect civilian life, but he was recently forced to leave his position because his son in law done did a fuck up.
He's an overbearing dad and a hardass commander with a lot of misplaced national pride and an unhealthy paranoid streak, but overall, usually means well even if he sometimes fails to show that.
Abilities: Normal human with tons of military and survival experience!
Plans: The metaplot investigation continues tbh! I have a few ideas I need to run by the mods eventually, but for the moment, I am always looking for more characters for him to team up with in terms of trying to squeeze as much info out of the locals/setting as possible. While he's generally against taking massive risks like blowing things up (cough), they are kind of at a point where the bad shit is going to go down no matter what, so he thinks they better take advantage of having all their acuity while they can.
Event-wise, I do think he'll click the sign up and then feel like he's made a huge mistake. But once he's in the tower, he's going to engage with it under the assumption that cooperating may result in some valuable info! So I'm down for match-ups.
Also if anyone would like to collaborate on solving Spock's code riddle, I'm down for that, too.
I am planning on submitting a couple of monsters from the Metro universe to the game with the influx of monsters as well! They are pretty ugly creatures which are basically all amalgamations of existing animals mutated by radiation. Assuming that is approved, he will be pretty dismayed to see them here, but can give some pointers on how to take care of them.
How can you run into my character? Up until this point, he's been making money just by doing odd jobs, etc, but it's about that time that he needs to find something a bit more stable, so he's going to be joining Toph in managing security at the casino! Please direct all questions to the 12 and 13-year olds running it all, TY. But in seriousness, he will be easy to find there.
He also has been spending a decent bit of time at the library since the setting change, despite how out of place he may look there. But in general, he's not difficult to find anywhere around the city.
