Background: this kakashi is twelve years old and full of Repressed Feels, his whole life has been nothing but ninja missions and war so he's learning to cut loose a little and (gasp) act like a kid a bit. also he loves dogs.
Plans: right now kakashi has a post up about adopting dogs bc he has been collecting strays. i kinda tried to word it so you can decide what kind of dog you want your character to have and i can go "yep he has that". so hit that up if ur interested. or if your character is the type to just want to play with a bunch of dogs they could come by and do that too.
How can you run into my character? kakashi can be found out walking his dogs, or around his house, or here soon he'll be involved in security at the new casino so he'll be hanging around there a lot i'm sure.
