These RNG results will have several different effects for different people, therefore, adding a severity scale isn't really possible. However, what we can tell you is that we plan to give players room to use consequences in ways that work for them, rather than a hard life-or-death result. For example, we're not going to tell you that you have to hack off a limb or something, but we WILL say that injuries could either be life-threatening or leave lasting scars, whether those are physical or psychological.
