hello, mods! this is a dazai specific question!

dazai has 'no longer human' as an ability, but as a tdlr, it nullifies any ability that touches him, or if he touches the target, for as long as contact is held. i was wondering if it would be in effect/able to nulify the branded's abilities in the event, because then, i will choose another character to sign up, and it can lead to interesting thingies for cr and pain reasons!
