Crime: Murder.
Background: A scrappy kid that ran away from home as a kid and wound up accidentally working for the enemy for awhile, not evil anymore he wants to be loved. He's earnest, a big doofus, and enjoys fisticuffs. He recently made an incredibly fucking stupid post.

Abilities: Mostly just hand to hand fighting, but he has an array of explosive elemental attacks he can unleash even though DaHnAnS cAnT uSe AsTrAl ArTeS.
Plans: I've absolutely died across March and April, so I was complete ass at building CR with him and maintaining his threads. I'm looking to start fresh and get my ass in gear, so if you want to handwave anything that happened early on or during the event, lmk! Otherwise, he's just gonna be a tagalong for all kinds of misadventures and shenanigans. I will probably not roll him to become one of the branded, if only because of the specific mention that selfless acts are in need, and that's ya boi's specialty. He'll throw himself in front of danger for anyone any day.
