So being from Meteorfall means Cloud is low down on Seph's list of priorities but like here's a weird fact:

He has spent zero (0) seconds actively harassing Cloud since he showed up. If he gets branded he could come at Cloud. And if he doesn't he could anyway, we don't need the event to do creepy brain stuff with these two.
