for sure!! we can kind of see how the event pans out wrt sephiroth being branded and kind of go from there, and if that doesn't work out for some reason then we can definitely plot something else. i know that you apped in from this canon point partially to not have to be beholden to cloud obsession, but i'm happy to thread together whenever you'd like!
