Morrigan will RELUCTANTLY lend her expertise since richard gave her a house and she GUESSES she MUST
she can't teach anyone magic that isn't already a mage of some kind, but she can help teach how to make health potions (or poisons....)
she canonly is the one to teach the player character how to shapeshift but again she can only do that if one's already a magic-user so....
