hello, friends.
with mod permission, dazai's paid the locals to watch for any suspicious activity and to track and trail some people of interest. icly, he'll do his detective shit of compiling data and predicting, and attempting to use 'no longer human' whenever it's conveniently timed, to see effects and possibilities. as per discussed, dazai's ability works against the brand curses, so if that's something to explore, please also let me know!
that said, if you'd like your character to be observed and their outward behavior to be noted, please tell me here in the comments below (youtuber face). should i have enough data, dazai'll make a serious post in which he'll be serious for the first time about his predictions and findings, but he won't name anyone unless i am given strict permission. another point is that dazai should not be found on his stalking charges, no one is really out there chasing anyone fkljsh very casual stalking, thank you.

Full permission to get intel on the following:
> Brand: it's like the playing card diamonds on his mask. But it's just one on the back of his hand. That does mean it's covered over with a glove though so it'll be hidden most of the time.
> Curse: Mind control+getting drawn in to the forest and trying to take poor innocent people with him. The scary grabber is real and NOT your friend.
Plus a slow building loss of sanity (REAL) as his freewill is stripped from him but don't worry about that I'm sure he's fine.

curse: she'll probably be getting more paranoid and jumpy as the time goes on, and she might be getting some elemental (fire!) magic that she won't know how to use either ahaha... so since she is an Emotional Person she might be prone to lighting shit on fire esp if she's getting more jumpy and paranoid leading up to the event.
