lol that would be great honestly. Seimei usually has to deal with the opposite issue, where no one wants to talk to him or deal with him at all, so being the guy on the other end of things and accosted by questions would be a good learning experience for him. I'm fine with question spam! He might eventually get ruffled but he's very good at sucking it up with a sigh for politeness.
