HI HELLO, fellow expiation neighbors! thanks to the help of jenni's brain and my brain, i've decided to add more chaos to this already chaotic plot we are currently having.

if you are canon blind, and you don't know jinx as a character, short version, she is criminally insane and has a love for destruction, anarchy, and causing mayhem. last month was not a good month for her, she was very pissy pissy at a lot of folks and this is just her ... "dont you just wanna go apeshit?" moment.

plus her father, silco, gave her the okay go ham as long as she does it quietly.

SO TO THE POINT: during the late nights, jinx's been breaking into locals' houses, taking their shit, doing a few pew-pew at them.

(note: these are not just random locals. these are the locals who have been side-eying her for the last few months. telling her to stop loitering, asking her to leave the seafood shack or hurry up and order, saying her money is no good, whispering and eyeballing her when she walks by, being unfriendly, etc)

naturally these locals are doing it towards all of the chosen, but since jinx is the only one (that i'm aware of) that's actively being terrible to these people, i'm going to assume they are treating her worse than everyone else.


BUT HERE IS A TWIST! — jinx is doing this half because she's...jinx and half because she is mildly corrupted and being aggressive. which is... unfortunate because one of the shimmer side effects is ALREADY aggression. so. she's a bit all over the place right now.

ANOTHER TWIST — jinx isn't JUST shooting these locals with normal bullets. these bullets will have the black stuff that's going around in them. because why buy gunpowder when these things are for free and seems to be doing the job??????????????????????????? that's smart cookie thinking.

thus, these poor locals are not only injured (she's not going to kill them, just so we're clear), but also being corrupted. either being excessively angry or excessively sad.

and another quick to note: jinx is doing this while wearing a disguise of some kind because silco said to keep it in the down-low so. that's what she's doing.
