Abilities/skills: Mostly guns. Some other combat. Military training. Drugs that make him more agro and stronger. Some magic he doesnt like/usually forgets to use
Plans: Levi is there do join the main squad and do whatever Miller tells him to do. He also has his own leadership experience, so if ordered to handle a smaller group he'd be able to do that. And possibly angst about it later if anything goes wrong
