Crime: Severe negligence
Background: Man got shot and experimented on by a mad scientist, then crammed into a coffin. Vincent took a big long nap as a result. Not a vampire, surprisingly. Transforms into monsters. He's real big sad.
Abilities: Gun. Shapeshifting. Giving gravity the middle finger.
Plans: - Is JUST starting to let himself believe "hm maybe I really do put Lucrecia on a pedestal too much", so Vincent is slowly beginning his journey of accepting just how flawed she was and that he should simp less - Gonna be mega-depresso upon learning Peter and Sephiroth are gone, but he will battle against all instinct to go into a sleep coma about it. Look at that character growth. - He is going to TRY to stay out of the pseudo-Valentine's Day shenanigans, but I'm always down for tomfoolery - Currently also trying to mitigate the whole "what if I lose control of my beast form again" issue.
