Emet-Selch | Final Fantasy XIV

Character: Emet-Selch
Canon: Final Fantasy XIV
Canon Point: 5.0 Shadowbringers - the nebulous time around the Warrior of Light's departure from Eulmore to their fleeing to Il Mheg

Crime: "Mass genocide and failure to treat other living persons with respect."

Background/Personality: Emet-Selch is the main antagonist of the Shadowbringers expansion. Known to most as an 'Ascian', he is considered a paragon amongst others of his kind, along with two others. His current guise, however, is that of the first emperor of the Garlean Empire - Solus zos Galvus. First impressions paint him as a grumpy, dour man who acts a lot older than he looks. But get to know him better and maybe you'll see that he cares more than he lets on.

Abilities: He is functionally a god to most "normal, human" characters. He can create things out of seemingly nothing and is an incredibly strong mage. At least, he was before the nerf by Expiation.

Plans:
- This month I plan to make an open log for Emet-Selch working at the clinic. He'll be tending to injuries (player or local people) and generally trying NOT to be a complete ass for once. If you have some hurts that need healing, please come see him.

- He did take one of the watches/tablets from the desert town during the previous event. He could meet up with someone who has another?

- Since mods have kindly added some of the native flora/fauna from XIV canon, a morbol will eventually be adopting Emet-Selch, much to his displeasure and chagrin.

hi, hello! my character is a walking bad luck charm and she tends to get into situations. meaning, she will probably injure herself eventually. i'll definitely have her stop by the clinic if this ends up happening with her!

Oh boy, I can't even begin to imagine how Jinx and Emet would interact. I look forward to them meeting! He's sure to scold her carelessness at least.
