Healing brigade assemble!

So after Ethlyn's pilot queries on the network w/r/t healing and riding skills, she's going to try and start up a little troupe of mobile healers based out of one of Aldrip's clinics! Anyone who has healing / medical knowhow, and/or the ability to ride a horse, is welcome to sign up. (Ethlyn is also happy to give lessons on first aid basics and riding, so if your character doesn't have any experience but wants to help, they can still join!) Per the mod query, this is something the locals would be happy with, although it won't be an official Aldrip civic thing.

She's going to dub it the 'Arztenritter' (roughly 'doctor-knight) in line with the various German-named knight troupes in Fire Emblem 4 (insert handwavey headcanon about it matching up to archaic Jugdrali language). I'll be posting an open log in a week or so for interested characters to mingle, compare knowledge, and get lessons. If you'd like to have your character join, please reply here with their skill level:

Medical skills: a fire emblem healer, so she's got healing magic and combat medic experience
Riding ability: she's great on horseback! she loves horses and used to spend a lot of time looking after the horses in the monastery stables. marianne would volunteer to care for the troupe's horses while they're off duty. keep them healthy and happy

Medical skills: A variety of FF-type Healing magic plus the most basic of modern first aid.
Riding ability: Probably relatively casual to inexperienced, but more than willing to learn!

Awesome! Ethlyn will be impressed with the FF-ly ability to shoot magic right out of your hands, and she'll happily help Rinoa get better at horseback riding.

Gotta admit Rinoa's going to love the idea of the image she'll cut riding a horse and being all heroic with Angelo trotting alongside. 10/10

Medical skills: Basic first aid. Młynar has spent a significant amount of time on the battlefield, and he has learned how to provide basic care for injured comrades while doing so. Still, he is no medic, and most of his measures are improvised. Think disinfecting with alcohol, creating makeshift splints with branches, and cauterizing bleeding wounds with Arts, rather than anything surgical.
Riding ability: Very experienced. Młynar is a skilled knight and has had the opportunity to ride a wide variety of beasts. While he prefers the burdenbeasts of Terra, horses do exist there, and he is familiar with them. (Which is quite funny- the horse man is an expert horseman.)

He might need a bit of help. Things that work for soldiers on the battlefield aren't necessarily the best outside of combat.

Oooh, so he's doing REALLY basic first aid. Ethlyn will be impressed at his skills but she'll also make sure that they can get some more formal supplies for people to go out with, and she will definitely go through technique with him to make sure he's doing those basics properly.

The worst part is, by his world's standards, that puts him miles ahead of most of his fellow knights. He'll need someone to teach him that what he's doing is *not* a good idea. He is definitely willing to learn though.

He wouldn't dare. The Kuranta race might have mighty appetites though, so you may hear a stomach rumble or two.

Riding ability: Has never seen a horse in his L I F E but he can ride a Chocobo, so how different could it be, right?

Cures and Curas are so useful, so she'll be happy to have him on board! I'm sure there aren't aaaaany hilarious misconceptions and mishaps to be had trying to adapt chocobo-riding skills to horses.

apologies for the late reply but excellent, Ethlyn will happily make use of whatever skills he's got! Definitely like riding a bike, just one with its own ideas that also weighs a thousand pounds....

Medical skills: He's got healing magic from his world, and while it's been nerfed to the ground, he's able to cure simple wounds and fractures. (Magic wise, think cure and cura, respectively.)
Riding ability: Experienced! He has a few horses back home that he uses to get around on the farm. C:
