Crime: Loitering

Background: Orphan has trauma, tries to be a grown up, gets recruited to fight monsters by shooting himself in the head alongside fellow orphan and a company heir, which goes about as poorly as anyone could expect. Kills Ken's mom, sorry bro. Quits the team to go do drugs. Comes back to the team with his drugs to try and die. Details available upon request.

Abilities: Shinjiro is strong af for a normal person. Any super person can clobber him still. He can summon a huge mecha-skeleton pogohorse by shooting himself in the head and it wrecks things. He heals a lil fast but not fast enough to matter.

Plans: I'm just here to have a good time while my character doesn't. I have no specific plans, but I would love to build a good base of cross-canon CR! Shinjiro is a Persona user, but he has a fucky relationship with his and isn't exactly frothing at the mouth to pursue more of that.

Oh but uh he's gonna run out of drugs pretty quick and they kind of keep his brain monster together and under control so if anyone WANTS to deal with anything relating to that, let me know! The game never tells us how it works so it's basically all headcanonland so like there's potential for whatever. Withdrawal??? Persona rampage??? Waiting several weeks to get cute and fun cr before ruining it with aforementioned bullshit??? OR MAYBE it's a tired storyline so actually we skip it in game and everything works out fine without any issues???? Seriously I'm good with whatever.

Background: Levi is a huge ball of trauma, content warnings, and shyness. He's a child soilder from a hell-world who is soon going to have to find a way to deal with heroin withdrawl

Abilities: Guns. He's highly trained and capable with firearms, particularly the rifle he'll be seen carrying around till he finds somewhere he considers safe to keep it.
He's also picked up some magic but he's not likely to use it cause its (mostly) combat magic in canon

Plans: Heroin withdrawl. Making friends, possibly opening up. No real plans as of yet but i seem to want to ship him even though itd be crazy slow but I want all the CR (all of it). Also dealing with that lack of addiction

Background: Yusuke is weird....... the end. He's an Artist and he's got some lingering issues about his shitty father figure, but usually he's just a weird little guy trying to do art 24/7 at the cost of other self care. Has never understood budgeting. Can't feed himself because he's either broke or too lost in the art zone. Likes to go to the planetarium and marvel at the beauty of the cosmos. One of those Persona Kids who summons a JJBA Stand to hit monsters with.

Abilities: persona...... Yusuke's Persona hits really dang hard and has some less impressive ice powers. Without the Persona he knows how to use a sword for some reason. Art is also his special ability.

Plans: ahem:

Crime: EXISTING!

Background: Dara is a combo of a mountain snake god and a vengeful spirit of a priestess. She's alot more chill since the original snake god was exorcised, but she's down for murder when it comes to people messing with her shrine. She gets bullied by kids, and I hope that trend continues. Also her aesthetic is free tits movement unless peer pressured into wearing clothes.

Abilities:
-Dara used to be able to hide herself in the spirit realm, but apparently that doesn't exist here! So there's gonna be a big ol' Naga lady chilling around.
-She knows spellcasting and expertise in katana + long bow from her priestess side
-Dara can make her tail invisible or turn it into a lot of tiny snakes...which she then twists up to form human-like legs
-Dara gives off residual miasma (aka spiritual sickness) which is bad in large doses or builds up over time, but she mainly has it under control

Plans:
-PEOPLE TO BULLY HER or give her clothes or prevent others from giving her clothes
-idk I'd think it be cool if someone coaxed her into being their roommate cuz otherwise she's just going to live in the woods like the mountain god she is
-Important plot shit like...trying to set up a magic failsafe/training someone for priest duties in case she goes berserk and needs to be sealed
-Maybe set up her own mini shrine that also acts as a place you can go to trade offerings for printed spells, talismans, or wood carvings from her

Crime: (Unwilling) Accomplice to the mass slaughter of native inhabitants of the new Earth, planning to leave the Earth to a second Class 6 extinction event. Being created out of stolen genetic material.

Background: A clone of Elisabet Sobeck, an environmental scientist who built a system to reseed the Earth after a biomass-consuming robot apocalypse; created by psychopathic immortal billionaires, raised in complete isolation to train as a tool for controlling a gene-locked terraforming system. After landing on Earth, she discovered she had a clone sister named Aloy, and made the escape she never thought was possible. Now her creators are dead and she's free to be whoever she wants!

Just gotta...Stop being anxious and terrified of everyone and everything first. She's very sweet and excitable once you get her out of her shell!

Abilities: She has no powers, but she's genius-level intelligent. She's a polymath with a focus on things like geo-engineering, physics, computer science, biology, and chemistry. Capable of building Science Things.

Plans: I prefer to wing it rather than make strict plans! My focus initially will be getting a good base of CR started, so if your character is the coaxing-the-scared-dog-from-under-the-bed type, hmu. She needs friends and influences, good or bad! Beta is a blank slate, let's see what happens.

Crime: Negligence resulting in death.

Background: Possibly the big brotheriest big brother to have ever walked the planet. Just finished his Life's Quest of finding the creature that stole his grandmother's soul and murdered his entire village. Looks like a stoic badass, but can actually be quite expressive and has nowhere near enough ego to actually be a badass. Generally wavering on the borderline between stone cold serious and on the verge of tears. Very cranky and brusque but shows a lot of caring through his actions. Protective to a fault. Scared of a lot of things but willing to overcome his fear when given a good reason. Very powerful mage. Believes that everyone has something to offer and doesn't think he knows everything.

Abilities: Onni can do magic via calling on sprits, elements, and gods using runo which are a type of spoken poem.

Plans: Onni is brand new so I'd like to do a little of everything! Mostly right now I'm focusing on building some CR, which isn't necessarily easy with him. He does very well with sensible low-key people, golden retriever people, or trolls who need a straight man to drive them insane.

Canon Point: After 5 chapters of the situation getting progressively worse in spite of your victories, Ethlyn and her husband Quan rejoin your party--except they are at the far end of the battlemap and they get AMBUSHED and nothing, nothing you try can save them from being cut down turn by turn.

Crime: "The crimes of the Grannvale Empire."

Background: Ethlyn is dead. This is a fact that has been really hammered into her by the game events lately and while she's kept it mostly to herself for quite a while, she is not exactly able to do so effectively anymore. She also learned that her kids survived, but also, they have become irrevocably caught up in the war that continued after their parents' death and also her daughter may have been raised by her family's mortal enemy?? SHE'S HAVING MIXED FEELINGS HERE.

So my plans for the month upcoming are 1. to have her talk through her feelings about her crime with someone and 2. sort out these ??? feelings about her kids. Tbh that will probably be an ongoing project. Other than that, Ethlyn is also trying to figure out the weird attitude change amongst the townspeople and trying to investigate where they are disappearing off too! If you have pumpkin injuries and other TDM/event related happenings you want to do with her, hmu and we can arrange something (whether tagging into your thread / log / etc!!!)

Abilities:
- Healing: Glowy magic staff keeps you from bleeding to death yay!!
- General medical knowledge: the books here are SO much more informative than her medieval learning

Plans: Ethlyn has recently been sentenced! Her task is "Reflect on the events of your home world and consider your responsibility in them. Reflect with someone you may be close to, you who have done great good for Aldrip, on whether you must bear the responsibilities for a whole nation." Her views on how responsible she is for all that have been greatly shaken by the events of the labyrinth, and she is much more open to considering that she and her family may have failed to pick up on some important clues to the extent that she does have responsibility... but still, she was not the one resurrecting the evil dragon cult around here dammit.

Anything Else?: I recently went back to work after being disabled for two months, so my schedule is a little crazy. I work as a lead caregiver thingy for disabled people so I'm either super busy, or I'm not really that busy, it's a hit and miss! Anyway, I like horror games, jrpgs... I'm an avid cooker, but I think I'm mediocre so I never post any of my cooking.

Character: Astralin Turnont
Canon: Original Character
Canon Point: Modern times

Crime: Necromancy, use of forbidden magic

Background: Astralin was basically set to be a prince when he was younger, but his family turned their back on nobility so that never happened. He's just a simple farmer now, but he's been through some shit in his childhood (basically kidnapping and torture). After he recovered from the ordeal, he ended up being really paranoid about people and tried to keep his powers under wraps. He's a prodigy of sorts, and comes from a strong magical bloodline so it makes him a target for people who want his powers. Homeboy doesn't catch a break because war breaks out in his world, and he's targeted by the person that started the war but managed to stay in hiding while helping the resistance. After the war, and shifting more toward modern times, he's very much a Dad and a Grandpa. He works under his granddaughter, Marie (who is the current headmistress of prestigious magic school), as a combat instructor of sorts. tl;dr he helps kids hone their abilities, while still being a farmer on the side.

While his initial crime was second degree murder, it's been changed to necromancy/use of forbidden magic. During the second war, his nephew was murdered and had his limbs somewhat severed by Demetria. Astralin and his niece recovered the body, and his niece became so obsessed with reviving her brother, that Astralin learned how to use necromancy, which is strictly forbidden in their world. So after learning how to revive the nephew, he had his husband steal the cyborg parts from Demetria's military base and use it for their nephew's missing limbs. So yeah, that's the jist of Astralin's new crime and why it's been changed.

Abilities:
- Spirit Magic: He has the ability to take raw energy, and convert it into magic disks that he can throw. These disks can immediately vaporize his target, and basically cause a lot of destruction in his wake. He tries not to use this ability as much, as it uses quite a bit of energy and it's overpowered. It's basically nuclear powers. (Will be unable in Expiation)

- Scythe Proficiency: His main weapon is a scythe. He can move around quickly, and do aerobic flips with his scythe to perform his attacks. There's a lot of spinning, and flipping involved with his scythe, so he has fun with it. There's also a weightless enchantment on the scythe to make it easy to move around with.

- Ice magic: Astralin can summon icicle spears with his ice magic, and use it as a throwing weapon. He can also conjure up an ice shield to protect himself or someone else if they're in trouble. General ice abilities, like diamond dust and ice spears.

He has a creationism ability with his ice magic. He's able to create simple things, such as vases, flowers, ice sculptures, chairs, furniture and what have you. Just simple things like that. He is also able to preserve food and flowers by infusing his ice magic into those items.

- Restorative Magic: Surprisingly, despite his aloof nature, he is a proficient healer. He can mass heal those around him who are injured, without using too much of his power. He can heal through deep wounds, and can save people from the brink of death. (Nerf in Expiation: Not able to heal from the brink of death, but he can heal wounds, fractures and broken bones.)

- Monster transformation: What it says on the tin, but he wouldn't actually use it here. Unless you really piss him off, and then if he actually uses it, he's trying to kill you.

Plans: I definitely want him to say something about his new crime. It's something that he can get behind and actually admit to doing since you know. YEAH. THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT HE DID lmao. But i'm chill with new CR. He's apparently adopting all the persona kids, so I guess that's a thing.

At any rate I keep thinking about all the spiders I've gently cupped and placed outside. Anyways hey I'm EST, my pace varies sometimes, and my life is pretty normal so I tend to rp unhinged people to balance it out.

Crime: Humanity. There's a lot to unpack here. It's both ironic and unironic... he's so exhausting you guys.

Background: Local man LARPs as a insane killer clown to contradict humanity's innate ability to feel sympathy, kindness, and guilt all to take a crack at proving there's freewill. Oh he's a terrorist btw. On "his best behavior" currently but, like, does that hold any water in crime town? He could decide to cause so much trouble on a whim. Sasuga Gogol. Speaking of whimsy his personality tends to be goofy and silly (even when violent) but occasionally you'll get this flavor of Gogol.

Abilities: The Overcoat! Unless you opt-in I default to him using it indirectly because it's kind of a brutal ability in the hands of anyone with even a shred of creativity tbh.

Plans: Nikolai died recently (and came back)! So he's still processing that in his own way. Which means I don't want to overload on big schemes this month. That being said hello newbies!!! pspspspsps I'm eager to get my hands on new cr and to develop pre-existing cr alike. If your character has ever dunked on him for his mental gymnastics I welcome you to come say "hey told you so."

Crime: Literally getting involved in organized crime

Background: Tsuna is the reluctant heir to the Vongola Mafia Family. As a result, Tsuna is kind of torn between wanting to be a normal kid living a normal life but also someone needs to reform the mafia. His life is a chaotic mess and he is forever catching up to it, but that's apparently the way it goes when you're a mafia boss. He is also very kind and tends to accept people very easily.

He didn't ask for trouble but it follows him home anyway.

Abilities: Tsuna's main power is the Dying Will Flames. He can use them to fight and to fly and a variety of other things. His flames in particular are Sky Flames, which have the power of harmonization.

Plans: Tsuna's been here for a bit and I definitely want him to do some more exploring as well as getting settled in his own space.

Thanks to the labyrinth, some people might know that he's, uh, got some shit in his past, and he might be more willing to speak up and admit to some of the mafia stuff. But mostly let him tell you about his cool friends. Or you can boggle at the weirdness of his life.

I am always open to Tsuna making new friends and gaining responsible and irresponsible adults in his life.

Canon Point: Chapter 275. Quite possibly the most intense chapter in the entire manga, sob. Rocks fall. Our main boy here dies. Again.

Crime: The creation and destruction of universes via time travel. Because I wanted to get all fancy and existential. Also to make it super easy for anyone to peek over his shoulder at his parchment and learn his deepest, darkest secret.

Background: At 26 years old, Takemichi Hanagaki was pushed in front of an oncoming train. He died. The end. Or it would have been if it didn't happen in the first chapter of a manga about time travel. Instead of dying, he was transported back to his delinquency heyday and given the mission to manipulate the Tokyo Manji Gang of the past in order to save lives in the future. Because he's a shounen manga idiot, however, he can't just go back and murder Tokyo's nastiest crime lords while they're still babies. He has to befriend them all and save them too!

In other words, he's an adorable dumbass who just wants everyone to be happy because he's already watched them all die as adults like five times each and it's taking a toll on his sanity, okay? Okay.

Abilities: He sometimes gets hit with visions of a potential future he might maybe possibly want to change real quick before someone dies. Normally he'd be able to time travel too, but not anymore, whoops.

Plans: Michi just got here, so my only plans are to have him meet as many characters as I can manage. Whether they're making friends or making fun of him. Or both.

I also plan to continue my tdm threads! Let's make 'em game canon, baby!

Crime: Emptiness

Background: From the player who brought you "Terrorist is actually a Good Boy" it's "Cop is actually a Terrible Awful Man"!

Once upon a time Adachi was a cop in a small town who was lazy about his job but otherwise a goofy, lovable buffoon.

Except not really, he was a huge bastard. He killed two people and endangered many others and still isn't sorry about it. Nowadays he's a lot more tired than goofy, chilling in his jail cell ready to atone for his crimes against society or whatever, but supernatural forces keep yoinking him away! It's super annoying!!

Abilities: One of them Personas. His is slightly special, and with that flavor of special any magically inclined people who can sense auras and the like might notice he reeks of death, disease, and calamity.

Otherwise he's pretty good at marksmanship and silly lil magic tricks.

Plans: For the immediate future he's going to be drifting along doing a whole lot of nothing. Minding his own business and being a good boy and all that. Once the setting inevitably kicks him in the pants, though...

-I'd like him to meet people who can challenge his worldviews. This'll require a slow burn, though, if you try and be aggressively nice at him he hates it.
-Equally awful people for him to be awful with! He's committed to the whole no more crimes thing, but that doesn't stop you from being a completely legal asshole.

Background: kotone is the female protag of persona 3 portable -- her story heavily features dealing with and accepting death of all kinds, but she tends to have (or fake) a positive outlook in most situations. she's been through a lot in canon with fighting supernatural beings and saving the world, but she tends to be a fairly easy-going, outgoing teenager who's willing to stick her nose into just about anybody's business.

she's basically the embodiment of "here for a good time, not for a long time" lmao

Abilities: kotone can summon a manifestation of her soul called a persona. she currently has quite a few of them-! they're detailed in her app, but they primarily take the form of mythological gods or angels

cw: description of suicidal imagery: summoning a persona for her requires the use of an Evoker, a gun-shaped summoning tool that she points at her head and pulls the trigger to summon her funny little guys. she's completely unharmed by that, but it is something to be aware of if that description is something you'd want to avoid!

sentencing: kotone has received sentencing for her crime-! the details can be found here if you're curious, but the tl;dr is that starting around the time of the mingle, kotone will basically be forced to be honest about anything. those who've spoken to her know that she tends to dodge personal questions and turn conversation back on whomever she's speaking to, so now is your time to really Get Her without her being able to avoid it (please get her, she deserves this)

clubs! she is still trying to get people into cooking and sewing club (also scott's "teens with abilities and talents (twat)" club), as well as encouraging people to come up with their own clubs. her reasoning is yeah, things suck, but they all should have the chance to enjoy whatever time they have together.

Background: As the Coordinator of Kamihama City's magical girls, Mitama serves as a helpful guide and reliable ally to all hard-working girls! ... Or so she'd say. Mitama is a cheerful, lively girl who marches to the beat of her own drum, and has a bit of a mischievous streak to her, as she enjoys teasing people and getting them into all sorts of hilarious trouble. She's the kind to plan parties and games and then drag everyone else into her fun nonsense, whether they like it or not (especially if they don't). She's happy to lend people an ear when they need it, and provides her magical services to everyone who wants it... provided they can pay the price.

But beneath all that perky and sunny persona, Mitama is extremely jaded and resentful as the result of her past experiences, and finds it difficult to truly trust others, instead choosing to hide behind her merry-go-lucky facade. That's not to say none of her usual act is real, however ─ she really does care deeply about her friends and clients, and she means well. Usually.

Abilities: Mitama is a magical girl, which comes with... A Lot of things, so feel free to check out the detailed summary here, but here's the tl;dr:
- her strength, agility, stamina and durability are far beyond those of a normal human
- her personal magic gives her the ability to access a person's soul and break it from within with curses; however, she intentionally uses it in reverse, giving her the ability of magical adjustment ─ she can strengthen other people's powers, as well as unlock their latent talents and new abilities
- doing the above also causes her to see some of the memories of the person she's adjusting ─ OOCly, this will of course only happen if the player gives their permission, but ICly... let's just say you won't be learning about that anytime soon. that's her blackmail material
- she needs a special item called Grief Seed to replenish her magical energy every so often; should she fail to do so, she will turn into a monster known as a Witch, which spreads disasters and curses among humans

- ... she's such a terrible cook it might as well be a special ability

Plans: Mitama has recently opened HER SHOP! That's right, now for the price of [insert amount of money here] and some of your dignity, you too can have your abilities strengthened and skills elevated to the next level! She's always looking for more clients to so expect her to bring it up A Lot.

I'd love for her to find some friends and other positive influences who could maybe even see her mask slip a bit, and somewhere down the line make her realize how far she's gone; depending on how things go, I'm also considering going down a darker path where she ends up turning into a Witch. I'm open to negative CR, too, of course, though admittedly it's hard to get under Mitama's skin or even get her to take things seriously. Mitama is perfect for dragging people out of their shells if need be, too, since she loves sticking her nose in other people's business. I think there are lots of fun possibilities there!

Background: Edgar here is your typical centuries old vampiric-monster! In canon they're called vampirnellas but you know. He got turned into one a bit too young and is now forever stuck in 14 yo body and he's kinda salty about it. Most of time Edgar is here just to vibe, chill in the background and just observe wtf humanity is up to this time. Like, nothing phases him anymore. Edgar changes his behavior from mischievous to super serious and cryptic easily and likes to wax some existentialist philosophy. He's easily intrigued by people (esp those who aren't "normal" so to speak) and likes to mingle!! Ok. but seriously. Edgar is all about that angst, abandonment issues and loneliness after having lost so many people he's loved. But you know how it is. Hide it behind smile and so on.

Oh fun fact about this canon. It's from early 1970's and the author would actually move on to create the first BL works in manga. So, The Poe Clan is kinda pre-bl since hoo boy. It sure is gay.

Abilities:
Being a vampire means that he can do the blood-sucking thing. Either by biting down on his target and sucking like good old fashioned monster or, get this, he can drain his victim's life energy through his fingertips. He can also manipulate blood to some extent like slow it's circulation with his touch. He's also capable of suggestion/hypnotism to make others fall asleep or to lure them to him. This would require direct eye contact and doesn't always work, especially if the person he's targeting has a strong will.

He also eats roses.

Plans:

I took him from the post canon where his life partner has just died and he's kinda wondering what's the point of eternal life if you have to bear it alone. So Aldrip is kinda like... a new, curious experience for him. He's here to gauge potential connections. So, I'm here just to go with flow.

Background: Stupidly rich and beautiful heiress who is ridiculously intelligent yet doesn't understand how to eat a hamburger without utensils (commoner food). Mainly preoccupied with fighting beings called Shadows in her world and trying to erase her family's monumental fuck-ups and has been like that since she was a child.

She's always very formal and aloof with people until she's gotten to know them better. I've taken her from her canon point where she's recently lost someone very important to her and has subsequently learned to try and open up to and trust in people a little more though.

Abilities: Mitsuru has the ability to summon a handy little thing called a “Persona”. They are fundamentally like alter egos that possess incredible abilities. In Mitsuru’s Persona’s case, it is called called Artemisia. Its specialties are ice, healing, and foul status inflicting magic. It also possesses scanning and analysis ability, although this isn’t quite as strong. Personas are summoned with a tool called an evoker, which basically resembles a gun. (cw for self-harm, suicidal imagery) It is used to summon the Persona by pointing the device at your head as if shooting yourself.

Yeah. It's kind of messed up.

Plans: No super specific plans as yet. Just vibing to start with and hopefully Mitsuru can actually make some friends.

TL;DR bitchy violent girlboss rebels against the system to revitalize her dying race. Very in-tune with nature and magic. Sucker for tiny skulls stuffed with feathers. Recently, the creators stated she is, actually, from the same universe as Arcane (despite some canonical inconsistencies) so there's a lot of fun there! Like, did you know that Singed--the guy who created shimmer--also developed the chemical weapons the invaders of her homeland used on their own soldiers? War crimes, yay! :D

Abilities:
Xayah is a bird-fox-chimera-person who has strong opinions on humans and their weird, fleshy ears. She can also materialize blades in the shape of feathers. She is very good at killing with them. VERY.

Plans:
Copy/pasted from the plot with me plz: "I'm most excited to dig into her crime. Xayah has murdered a LOT of people. Like, she has destroyed villages. It was never "just for fun", though! These villages were built on stolen land, stripped of its wild magic to make it suitable for human life and incompatible with vastaya. Returning wild magic to the lands (through the destruction of the quinlon magic filters) returns them to, in her opinion, their rightful occupants. Come argue with her. Come "both sides" her. Rile her up. OR be one of the first humans to empathize with her cause? Or just get stabbed."

Other than that, I kinda just want to get settled in. Let her get used to this world, the irritating abundance of humans, etc. Maybe confuse her with modern technology. This girl has never seen an electric fridge, let alone a tablet. She is going to video chat like your grandma for a little bit.

Criminally insane, Jinx has a love for wanton chaos, destruction, and anarchy, and gets easily bored if these reckless urges are left unsatisfied for too long. Jinx isn't shown to think much about the consequences of her behavior and generally acts before thinking, which can lead to people getting hurt easily when around Jinx. While she is clearly a gifted inventor, Jinx is also extremely scatterbrained, forgetting scientific terms and instead imitating gun noises while she constructs her weapons.

Jinx is often portrayed to be hyperactive and very childish, complaining when she doesn't get what she wants and calling others by immature names, giving Vi nicknames such as "Fat-Hands" and "Stupid". With her carefree, self-centered attitude, Jinx doesn't care about money, order, or what others think about her and just destroys what she wants when she wants. Despite this, she still likes to get recognition for her many crimes and is capable of showing off to the Piltover police, knowing that no matter what goes down, she will always get away.

Despite her immature and silly demeanor, Jinx is still a significant force of evil and malice, even if in her crazed mind she sees it as a game. She would put on a veneer of a bubbly and energetic person, only to hide the hurt and trauma of past events. She's also very sarcastic, extroverted with a twisted sense of humor.

Abilities: Yu is a wildcard, which means he can use multiple Personas. He's also pretty insightful, can use a sword, and can somehow survive various cooking failures

Anything Else?: Uhhh. I love MHA, obviously. I hate spoilers and I live and breathe Google Sheets. I will actively seek out any reason I can vaguely think of to use Google Sheets for something. I play Final Fantasy 14 and enjoy helping others in it. If you need help getting your dailies done or something, don't be afraid to ask even if we're complete strangers. I also enjoy Dead by Daylight now and again and a few other games at random. I have a cool job that can take me for a week or so at a time without too, too much notice and slows me down. Canon Point: Circa his latest spoilery fight with a latest spoilery (possibly for some) someone.

Crime: Murder.

Background: Todoroki comes with a lot of childhood issues, a lot of CW's for things done to him as a tiny, including the scar on the side of his face. All things that don't have to go into any detail if you'd like to play and aren't good with those topics. Other than that he's a young man who is trying to sew all the parts of himself back together and I think doing a great job of it overall. I have some critiques about how some of it is being handled in canon but, meh, not my rodeo I'm just along for the ride lol. He likes to talk to people, learn about them and see what he can do to help. He's aspiring to be a hero after all and while he may not be the most socially apt of the lot, or understand nuances sometimes, he tries his best.

Abilities: Insert overused Katy Perry song reference. Jokes aside, Todoroki has a capability to control hot and cold pertaining to either side of his body and stemming from the appropriate sides. Right is cold, Left is hot. He can combine them and use them offensively, defensively, or in tandem for bigboomybangs among other things. I have an info post that I'm in the midst of which will link my post pertaining to his abilities for more details.

Plans: I plan on just rolling with the punches, really. Whatever comes of it, comes of it. Positive or negative CR is welcome. I do welcome villains and/or grey area characters. Feel free to try to manipulate him, but realize that eventually he is going to see through it, read between the lines or know but try to reform your character or act appropriately to how the scene goes within the scope of his profession. If you wish to have that be a slow burn 'finds out later', let's chat! He's 17 right now, so please approach within your comfort level for that age. Anything you're uncertain of, feel free to message me. I prefer making sure that people I play with are comfortable and concerns are brought to my attention early.

Other than that, the only thing I can ask is that if there are themes of heavy maternal loss within your canon to warn me as vaguely as you can. Just a 'heads up Cytes this canon touches/focuses/is heavy on maternal loss' if you could. I'm still having a bit of a hard time with that theme. If your character has that as a forefront theme, that's not an exclusionary request. I'm still happy to play with them, I just beg the need at this juncture and time in my life to be warned.

After 'the miracle' in which the SEES Leader sacrifices themselves to save the world.

Crime: Existing. 🤡

Background: A newcomer exchange student, Ryoji is a notorious flirt who somehow probably has all the girls' (and probably more than a few boys) phone numbers from school (if he remembered where he put them all is another question).

He tries to be smooth in the same way someone would be smooth if they were doing romance lines from a romcom or a romance novel but somehow it mostly works (except with the SEES girls somehow because ~msytery~). He's very excitable, very nice, very polite, very much in love with the whole concept of life and how beautiful everything is.SPOILERS!

However, he only exists because he was originally an aspect of Nyx - Death that was forced into the body of the game's protagonist and 'lived' there for ten years before being freed thanks to the events of the game. Due to this he developed some sense of humanity and walked around as Ryoji until Nyx was summoned and he remembered his original purpose as the harbinger of "The Fall" aka the event where all life was set to die off. He becomes a lot more serious after that, knowing, in a way he was just 'playing being a human.'

Before he completely lost himself to his true self, he told the SEES time where to try and meet him to fight him - not at all convinced they would live to tell the tale, the protagonist was able to perform a 'miracle' and stop Nyx totally. And that's where he's plucked from, having witnessed a miracle after congratulating the surviving members of SEES.

Abilities:Can romance the pants off of you okay no.

SPOILERS!

Being not human, he has a few bits of power, like being to turn into Death (Looking like Thanatos from the game), he can hover, he can stop bullets, and to those who can detect humanity in someone, he has none.

That being said, he tries not to show off his powers, because he wants to be as human as possible unless it's needed.
