scott talked with shinjiro a couple of times before he disappeared, so he'll be like 'oh cool you're back' and soon realize it's a different shinjiro and try not be super awkward after. also he's on a mission to befriend all the persona kids except akechi because he smells

HELLO shinji is gonna get used to that really quick, but thankfully persona is full of bullshit like this. Hell there's two whole side games that take place in pocket dimensions that are destroyed and immediately forgotten so.


But boy if you think that detective kid smells I have bad news for you about this actual hobo and how long he's been wearing the same coat

parallel universes and whacky shenanigans are a lot of fun!! unfortunately, this scott isn't quite used to them compared to his comics self, but he'll somewhat get there
