INTRO / CR MEME
Welcome to Expiation, where the points aren't real and absolutely don't matter. But you do, and we're happy to have you! Please note that this intro entry serves additionally as a CR meme, so you are free to use it to say hello, tell us a bit about yourself, talk about your character, and potential plans for the game.
As a reminder, Expiation runs on bi-monthly events. Please note that all players / characters accepted in March are exempt from the March AC. For everyone else, March AC is due by 31 March, 2023. Halfway through the day AC closes, we will give one (1) warning on both plurk and the OOC community for anyone who hasn't submitted (this will also be linked in the player-run discord).

17 March - Event #1
31 March - Character Action Poll for Event #1 (This will be further explained on the event post.)
14 April - Results of Action Poll for Event #1 + Game Environment Alterations
15 May - ATP / Enable Me for Expiation's TDM #3

22 May - TDM #3
Where are the reservation / app dates for our next cycle? Our poll is still being used and looked at. At present, most participants don't have a preference on how we adjust dates to better suit enablemeplz, which is posted the second Saturday of each month.
With that said, we currently have more votes for 1 week forward, rather than 2 weeks, which would place reserves to open on 03 April, and applications to open on 10 April. We will, of course, adjust this accordingly as we get closer to the end of the month.
One more reminder:
After this upcoming app cycle, our TDMs, Reserves, and Applications will open on a bimonthly schedule, opposite of event months.
This means the next TDM, Reserve, and App process will begin at the tail end of May 2023.
| EVENT NOTES: The Short of It: The units used to preserve food in Aldrip have malfunctioned and Aldrip's townspeople face starvation. Characters are encouraged to lend a hand in the crisis, though of course, can choose not to. (Don't be that person. Or do...! We're not your parents.) Prompts Include: 🧊 Fixing the refrigeration units. Potential electric shocks during repair. 🍳 Cook a thing. Burn a thing. Hunt some animals. Fish some... fish? Dry / smoke some food? Have a large, improvised grillfest? Please feed the people. They are probably hungry. 🤝 Travel through Pessiria Forest with Aldrip locals to meet the Rumpiturians and barter for goods. (TW: They're a people with snake-like features. There will be reference links.) 💰 Alternatively, steal supplies from the Rumpiturians instead of bartering. Or steal some of their other things. (TW: They are still people with snake-like features.) 👻 Pessiria Forest creepy things. No one will be outright hurt by this. Select characters sensitive to ghostly, phantom apparitions, and related will have nightmares regarding the forest for an undetermined amount of time. ❓ The party returning from Pessiria will be minus some people (read: locals, not Chosen; this will tie into a future event). Speculate, count heads, do whatever you need to in order to sleep at night. |

Anything Else?: I am a /jennamarblesvoice ☆~32 yEaR OlD lAdY~☆ that runs on a PST schedule in a healthcare setting and I sometimes require an IV drip of black coffee to stay afloat. All that to say I apologize for being slow,,, and if my tags ever do not make sense, please feel free to power cycle me for clarity. Background: Overpowered Mary Sue in a blindfold teaches kids that it's okay to stop being nice and urges them to go apeshit. Strongest sorcerer of his generation, and professional pain in the ass. Has gorgeous Billie Eilish Ocean Eyes which is the weirdest flex from the animation team, but I personally think he looks like a Furby.
Abilities: I'M NOT TYPING THESE AGAIN I'M ALREADY EMBARRASSED THE ABILITY SECTION IS NEARLY AS LONG AS HIS NON-EXISTENT PERSONALITY
Plans: I'mma level with all y'all, he is here to make Nanami Kento's life a living hell and I Will make increasingly escalating dick jokes at his expense and everyone else's expense if I can help it. If I do not get at least one anon HMD comment reminding me that penis jokes do not good rp make, I will consider my life forfeit and proceed to throw myself into the sea.
That being said, he's good for hijinks and tactics. As his powers have Limits now, anyone who can knock him down a few pegs and remind him of his own mortality and humanity is fantastic! People that can roll with his troll wavelength, please... get things done... kill god together... share a typical Tuesday afternoon together...
