ENABLE ME PLEASE
Welcome to Expiation's CR meme! This is a post where players can plot with each other on the direction they'd like to go for the month, and so on and so forth. There's a form below for you to fill out below, so get plotting!
We're now inclding an EMP element since it's an app month! We have an APP THIS PLEASE and ENABLE ME PLEASE in the comments below with a form, so if you're interested in participating, use the form and comment under the subject title applicable. Other than that, the regular comments will go as a normal CR meme would! Also, the TDM will be posted in the log comm with old and new characters alike able to top-level on it.

OCTOBER TDM
TEST DRIVE/MINGLE: SPOOKY SEASON ACTIVITIES
The locals don't consciously seem to know that anything was glitching, and they'll give strange looks when you mention anything about a "reset"...but it's almost like they're celebrating things going back to normal. Near the end of the month, a carnival comes to town! This will serve as our October TDM, and while most of the rides and games will be standard fare for carnivals, there will be some small, opt-in elements that deal with the crimes that characters have been charged with.
Aldrip's traditional witch hunt will be the other big draw this month. The witch hunt is more symbolic than literal, but this year, it'll be done like a game of tag. Some Chosen will be picked to be witches, and other characters will have to capture them. Whoever has captured a witch by the end of the event will receive a prize: one regained small item from home! Successful captures will be chosen via RNG; we'll have a sign-up in the TDM post.

Ryoji Mochizuki | Persona 3
Canon: Persona 3
Canon Point: Kotone route, before December :)
Crime: The crime your character was accused of when they arrived.
Background: Just a totally normal teenager who is appreciate of life and humanity as a whole and loves connecting with others! He's a sweet guy like that. There is something more to him, something that's practically cosmic horror in nature...something that he is now aware of thanks to a previous event compelling him to murder others with said cosmic horror powers. Don't worry about it!
Abilities: While most Persona guys can summon a Persona, Ryoji is more or less is a Persona - his true form is that of Death, and his powers are pretty much reflective of that. He still can't transform into his non-human form though, thanks to a self-inflicted psychological block.
Plans: This is Ryoji's first Halloween experience! So he is definitely gonna make the most of it, and he would definitely want to drag a friend or two during the festivities just to try them out.
Outside of that though, Ryoji's character development is at a point where things are going to change for him: he's still grappling with the discovery of who he is, and while the shock has worn off he's still masking his melancholy about it all. He doesn't like who he actually is, but he'd have to accept that someday. Somehow.
How can you run into my character? Ryoji hangs out on the clubs the most, particularly on TWAT (Scott's Teenagers With Abilities and Talents club) and the Cooking Club. He also just got a job as a waiter in the Seafood Shack. Otherwise he's pretty much around town all over, looking up hobbies to try out and the like.
???: Someone did an edit where Ryoji has glowy blue eyes and it's uncanny and cool so now I'm going to say this happens everytime he uses his powers. THank u

normal guy halloween is GO!! junpei does not have any prior interactions with the locals beyond normal politeness so he's already irritated and angry chihuahua yapping back at them when they look at him rudely. he will stand slightly to the left and do his best "he asked for no pickles" face at every local so that ryoji can have a nice time...

Otherwise he's built for a lot of chill and friendly cr so I can see Ryoji having Fauna try out his cooking while he's still practicing!
