Welcome to Expiation! We're thrilled to have you here, new and old players alike. Please note that this intro entry serves additionally as a CR meme, so you are free to use it to say hello, tell us a bit about yourself, talk about your character, and potential plans for the game.

As a reminder, Expiation runs on bi-monthly events. Since the game has just opened in February, we want to give players and characters some time to settle into the area and get to know other characters as well. Please note that all players / characters accepted in February are exempt from the February AC.

I really want Aerith to just befriend and learn a lot about other people. Make friends. Try to open the minds of others. (Vholran, I'm looking at you. She's going to try, damn it.)

IDK what will happen but it will be interesting and unlike Sephiroth he doesn't go around stabbing people's lady friends with katanas.

I was gushing to the Dohalim / Balthier player prior to apps even opening about how much CR between Vholran and Aerith was not something at all I expected to fall into and I was super intrigued by it. I'm very much looking forward to going down that rabbit hole some more.

Now, Kisara was a last-minute addition for me, so I didn't do any tagging out with her, and though she isn't from a canon point where she knows him yet, I intend to get some Vholran and Kisara CR as well. I need her to butt heads with him and for him to challenge her.

Vholran and EVERYONE CR is golden to me. He didn't really interact with the party, so it's a chance to explore things canon didn't.

And unexpected CR is always amazing.

Also wait how did I just now see Aerith is an Isle of Avalon import? I was there for quite a while (Luminary from Dragon Quest XI earlier on, Yuber from Suikoden later).

Honestly, I'm just happy to see some other IoA people about as well. (I know there are some of us, but I lost touch with a lot of them after I left and then more so when IoA closed.)
