Character: Silco
Canon: Arcane (League of Legends animated)
Canon Point: End of episode 9. The one with the dinner party and bullets.

Crime: Racketeering... let's be real: He's a RICO.

Background: Ruthless crime lord who is a revolutionary looking to pull his city out from under the thumb of another prettier city.

Abilities: Silco's just a normal human with normal abilities. He is highly ruthless, cunning and manipulative.

Plans: Silco is going to build a new empire for himself and his daughter. He will likely be starting a small business like a distilling business or weapons manufacturing. That means he's going to need some employees. And muscle. For some weird reason, castmates don't like Silco. I can't think of why.....

Hello Vette, welcome to the game! I'm Lycoris and I play this grump here, as well as a perky magical girl. Can't wait for Ragna to meet Jinx's daddy (and discover he apparently works for them despite never signing up for that?? lol)!

Hello! I feel like Emet and Silco are somewhat similar in character, although part of why is a bit of a story spoiler. Emet's a schemer too and I think he'd possibly help Silco with the manufacturing side of things depending on the approach - maybe even suggest new designs with inspiration drawn from his own canon. Would you be interested in them meeting?
